We are looking for unique horror-themed artists and vendors for our April 25th-26th, 2026 show in the Seaport Resort and Marina in Fairhaven, MA! To maintain variety, relevance, and quality this is a juried event. Please apply below:

Please note:

-We do not accept MLM's (Scentsy, Paparazzi, Color Street, etc).

- "AI Art" is not allowed in any form.

-Per venue rules, no food vendors/food trucks are allowed.

-Payment will be due upon acceptance, and spaces are not reserved until payment is made. ALL UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE CANCELED TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW APPLICANTS. Please do not apply if you aren't ready to pay.

In order to maintain quality and variety on our show floor, this is a heavily juried event. Please provide a website or social media link in which we can see what you'll be selling/promoting.

Main Ballroom Spaces:

8' Inline table in the main ballroom. Includes table, linen, 2 vendor passes, and 2 chairs - $250

8' Wall table in an 8' x 6' space. Includes table, linens, 2 vendor passes, and 2 chairs - $300

12' x 8' Endcap booth, includes your choice of two tables (8' or 6'), linens, 4 vendor passes, and 4 chairs - $600

Front Room

8' Wall Table – 8' Wall table in the Front Room. Includes table, linens, 2 vendor passes, and 2 chairs - $300

8' and 6' "L" Corner Space- An 8' and a 6' table in an L configuration in the Front Room. Includes tables, linens, 4 vendor passes, and 4 chairs - $450

8' Inline Table – 8' Inline table in the Front Room. Includes table, linens, 2 vendor passes, and 2 chairs - $250

Small Business

These spaces are in the hallways outside of the main ballroom and are well-traveled. This is a space for you to bring your own 6 foot table that goes AGAINST the wall and space for one person to sit on the SIDE. Table IS NOT included, chair is provided - $100

If approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Payment will be due upon acceptance, and spaces are not reserved until payment is made. ALL UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE CANCELED TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW APPLICANTS. Please do not apply if you aren't ready to pay.
