Eddie Deezen

Eddie’s unforgettable roles have spanned decades and genres. Horror fans will recognize him as the video store clerk Wally in Critters 2: The Main Course, where his signature energy brought comic relief to the chaos of the Crite invasion. In WarGames, he delivered one of the film’s most memorable performances as Malvin, the fast-talking computer whiz with a sharp wit and deadpan delivery.
Of course, Eddie will forever be known to millions as Eugene in Grease and Grease 2—the lovable, awkward, and endlessly quotable nerd of Rydell High. His comedic timing helped make Eugene one of the most iconic characters of the era.
Animation fans know another side of Eddie’s talent—his voice. As Mandark in Dexter’s Laboratory, he gave life to one of the most recognizable cartoon villains in television history. His instantly recognizable voice and unforgettable laugh helped make Mandark a staple of late-’90s and early-2000s animation.
Eddie also lent his vocal talents to SpongeBob SquarePants, The Brave Little Toaster, and among countless others, further cementing his legacy in the world of animation.
